The Sector101 16MB EXFLM Flash Kit is designed for the Yamaha EX5 / EX7 / EX5R.
The EXFLM Flash Kit allows you to store and hold samples in the unit between power-cycles.
You will not need to reload your samples each time you use the unit.
This 16MB kit has twice the capacity of the original Yamaha EXFLM1 8MB Kit.
This item is fully plug-and-play. After installing the Flash SIMMs the unit will recognize them and automatically upgrade the Flash Memory capacity.
It is compatible with all EX5 / EX7 / EX5R Operating Systems.
NOTE: The Yamaha EX Series displays the sample memory capacity in Words rather than Bytes.
After installing the 16MB Flash SIMMs the unit will report the Flash Memory size as 8388608 Words.
