This is the piece that the back of each key clips onto. It snaps the back of the key into place. (Yours may be Green in color on your keyboard, but the piece is the same.) These came from an Ensoniq KS-32 but they will also fit the ASR88, EPrime, KT-76 and 88, MR-76, some ZR76's and the TS-12. The also fit many other 88 not keyboards. You won't find them any cheaper on the internet. They could be green, pink or white.
