About This Keyboard
Everything on the T3 works perfectly. The display screen is bright and clear, the floppy drive work well and all of the buttons and slider function properly. Cosmetically it in above average condition with just a few scuffs and scratches here and there. I have included a lot of pictures and I think you can just let them speak for themselves. We're including the power cord.
The Amazing Korg T3
The Korg T-series is often called "the M1 on steroids" and it's quite true. The T3 features double the amount of ROM waveforms than the M1 has - 8MB as opposed to 4MB in the good old M1.
The T3 can also load M1 presets, and has the same 8-track sequencer - expanded and aided by a useful disk drive. The famous M1 high-quality effects are also present.
The presets have been reworked, to take advantage from the augmented wave ROM, and it shows - in all, even if this synth came out only a brief time after the M-series, it notably improves its sound and the performance capabilities.
Oddly, Korg never produced a T-series rack format, but the M1REX can be considered that - this rack contains the whole 8MB of memory that the T3 has ,and is a cross between M1 and T3, capable of morphing in any of these two fine instruments.
It is important to remember that when buying a used keyboard it may not operate or look exactly like a new one. Used keyboards develop wear over time that can cause such items as function buttons, knobs, sliders etc. to fail to operate as smoothly or easily as when they were new. Our technician does check these items and if they are deemed unusable they are replaced but some function buttons may require more pressure or manipulation to make the appropriate changes. Cosmetically your used keyboard may have scuffs, scratches, cracks to plastic pieces, discolored keys or other visual impairments that might not show up in the photos. We try to mention any obvious visual imperfections but may not consider them serious enough to post in the listing.
