Returns Policy
All keyboards are guaranteed to arrive non DOA and may be returned for any reason at the buyers expense within 7 days of arrival. We recommend retaining all shipping boxes and materials until you are satisfied with your item as it is your responsibility to repackage the item for return and it must be received in the same condition that it was originally shipped. A 10% restocking fee will apply. If the keyboard arrives significantly different than described you will be provided with a pre-paid return shipping label. At the discretion of Keyboard Kountry we may choose to repair and return the keyboard or replace it with a keyboard of the same make and model or issue a full refund. All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the receipt of merchandise. ALL ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS SHOULD BE INSTALL BY A CERTIFIED REPAIR TECHNICIAN. Because of the delicate nature of electronic parts that could be ruined from improper handling we cannot accept returns on most circuit boards. If the part was found to be defective by a past or currently certified keyboard, computer or electronics technician we might be able to allow an exception to this rule. We might also be able to accept a return if we happen to have a keyboard of the correct make and model in which to test the returned item. If, at our discretion, we agree to accept a return, a retesting fee of $75.00 per hour will apply and be deducted from any refund due. If retesting is not required a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Thank you.
Shipping
All large items are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Smaller items are shipped with the United States Postal Service. Some items offer FedEx 2 day shipping but please understand that means 2 business days and we must receive the order prior to 11am to provide same day shipping.
Due to frequent issues with International orders like late or no arrivals and lost or damaged items we are suspending all International shipping until our worlds postal services can become more dependable. We will continue to ship Internationally on our ebay store through the ebay global shipping program. Just search for KeyboardKountry on ebay stores.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Insurance Notice: If you select Priority Mail service your item will automatically be insured through the USPS for up to $100.00 but it will be your responsibility to submit the claim with the USPS so we even recommend the Route shipping protection for Priority mail because claims through the USPS can be a nuisance. All other services will not have any shipping protection unless you select that option during checkout. We highly recommend that you select that option because, without it, any damage or loss to your item will be strictly your responsibility.
