This PSR-540 is in perfect working condition with everything I could figure out how to test working just as it should. The floppy drive works, the screen is bright and clear and all of the keys play just as they should. Cosmetically it is about average for a used keyboard with just a few small scuffs and scratches here and there. It includes the power adapter.

The PSR-540 features Yamaha's original XG (Expanded GM) format. The XG format enhances your musical expression capabilities by providing an expanded voice list, more effects, and detailed voice edititing and control.
Multi Pads
Multi Pads add more fun to your keyboard performance by letting you trigger various melodic and rhythmic phrases as you play. The PSR-540 provides four pads with 36 preset and 4 user phrases. All Multi Pad sounds will musically match the selected tempo and any accompaniment chords you play.
Built-in Floppy Disk Drive
The PSR-540 is equipped with a floppy disk drive that allows you to play back MIDI song data in a variety of formats - including SMF 0 and 1, DOC, and Disklavier formats - and gives you the benefit of unlimited storage for your original musical compositions.
Outstanding Voices
The PSR-540 provides a wide range of instruments to match any musical style. The PSR-540 has 215 panel voices as well as 480 XG voices and 12 drum kits and features a remarkable sounding stereo-sampled Grand Piano voice. Additionally, the PSR-540 includes an expressive 'Sweet Trumpet Voice' taken from Yamaha's flagship PSR-8000 keyboard.
One Touch Setting
The One Touch Setting (OTS) function automatically configures keyboard parameters, such as melody voice selection, tempo, and accompaniment volume, to optimally match each music style you select.

Professionally Arranged Music Styles
Over 100 fully arranged music styles are provided to backup your musical performance. Each style has its own unique Intro, Main A/B variations, and Ending, as well as four fill-in patterns* for added musical expression. For playing piano melodies, specially designed Pianist Styles are included. In addition, the PSR-540 provides several Custom Styles. All Pianist styles provide full left-hand accompaniment using single-finger chords. *Pianist Styles 91~100 do not have Fill-in patterns
It is important to remember that when buying a used keyboard it may not operate or look exactly like a new one. Used keyboards develop wear over time that can cause such items as function buttons, knobs, sliders etc. to fail to operate as smoothly or easily as when they were new. Our technician does check these items and if they are deemed unusable they are replaced but some function buttons may require more pressure or manipulation to make the appropriate changes. Cosmetically your used keyboard may have scuffs, scratches, cracks to plastic pieces, discolored keys or other visual impairments that might not show up in the photos. We try to mention any obvious visual imperfections but may not consider them serious enough to post in the listing.
