This keyboard came to us as a trade-in and is in very good working order. We have pushed all of the function buttons and they make the appropriate changes, the screen is bright and clear, the floppy drive works and all of the keys play just as they should. It has a few scuffs and scratches but nothing more than you should expect on a used keyboard. We are including the power adapter.

The PSR740/640 are loaded with well over 700 high-quality AWM (Advanced Wave Memory) voices including 480 XG voices, a wide variety of drum kits, and more than 200 amazing panel voices, also featured is an incredible sounding Grand Piano voice. "Sweet Voices" are taken from Yamaha's flagship PSR8000. And with the 32-note polyphony for the PSR640 and an outstanding 64-note polyphony for the PSR740, you can compose complex arrangements without worrying about voices dropping out of the mix.
Built-in Floppy Disk Drive
Both PSR-640 and PSR-740 are equipped with a floppy disk drive that allows you to play back MIDI song data in a variety of formats - including SMF 0 and format 1, DOC, and Disklavier formats - and gives you the benefit of unlimited storage for your original musical compositions.

Incredible Music Styles
The PSR740 and 640 contain 160 fully arranged music styles, including specially designed Pianist Styles, to backup your musical performance. . Each style has its own unique Intro, Main A/B/C/D variations, and Ending, as well as four fill-in patterns for added musical expression. You can change the instrument part settings of any music style, or even create your own custom styles. The PSR740also features "Count Intro" and "Simple Ending" to enhance your musical performance.
Direct Access
Direct Access eliminates navigating through multiple menus. Press any function button while holding down the Direct Access button, and the keyboard will instantly jump to the screen associated with that function. Convenient for quickly setting voice and sequencer parameters, etc.
It is important to remember that when buying a used keyboard it may not operate or look exactly like a new one. Used keyboards develop wear over time that can cause such items as function buttons, knobs, sliders etc. to fail to operate as smoothly or easily as when they were new. Our technician does check these items and if they are deemed unusable they are replaced but some function buttons may require more pressure or manipulation to make the appropriate changes. Cosmetically your used keyboard may have scuffs, scratches, cracks to plastic pieces, discolored keys or other visual impairments that might not show up in the photos. We try to mention any obvious visual imperfections but may not consider them serious enough to post in the listing.
