      I ordered this item for my Yamaha DGX-650 because one note would play extremely loud or not at all when I use a soft touch. At first, they shipped the wrong item. But upon calling, I spoke to a human, not a machine, and his name is Mike. We discussed the issue and he shipped out the correct part. We all make mistakes, but it's how you handle your error. The fact that I was able to remember the person's name left a good impression on me as the icing on top of the great service and quality parts. Will shop again when necessary.
